Birthday Book Club 

Join the Prairie Birthday Book Club to celebrate your child’s birthday or half birthday by donating $14.00 to purchase a new book for the Prairie School Library.  You may donate at any time this year, and we will honor your child by putting a plaque with their name into a brand new book and allowing them to be the first to check out the book.



How to do it! 

1.  Please make a check out to Prairie School for $14.00.
2. Click the Birthday Book Club image to the left to download the form, fill it out and return it to your classroom teacher or the office.
3. We will call your child down to pick out a newly purchased book, put a special name plate in that book and allow them to be the first to check out the book. Their picture will then be displayed on our Birthday Book bulletin board in the library! 
 

This is a great way to honor your child on his or her special day while helping the library add new and exciting literature the shelves each year!
